Who could possible fill those roles? Ah well, I'm sure blackest will fine some suitable candidate and promote said individual to the position of authority he/she so rightly deserves.

It's not a matter of ones physical disposition *looks you up and down*, but one of discipline and mental competence *again, looks you up and down*.
Seeing as you OBVIOUSLY don't fit the requirements, and I so inexorably do, I believe this matter has just been settled.
