My personal favourite and one of the most unkillable creatures ever, is Dream Fighter. A 1/1 blue creature for one blue mana, two colourless. It's power is that when it blocks or is blocked, it and the other creature(s) phase out.
It not only stops trample cold, but it's also just hilarious. Give it flight and keep a counterspell handy and he's indestructible.
