Has anyone had a chance to look at this yet? Is it any good? (Please keep in mind I'm a fan of the previous 2)

Thief is a Hybrid action game. Similar to Splinter Cell in some respects.
You play as the sardonic Master Thief Garret, who despite all his wishes to simply burgle the house next door, continually gets pulled into various conspirisies.
Essentially you try to break in to various places and steal/rescue/kill whatever needs to be dealt with. Usually with out being noticed. If you can accomplish that feat. (Believe me its hard and you don't want to be noticed)

it is an exellent series of games, harder then the the black burnished gates of hell in the later areas of thief 2, but a great game,

i recently decided to play through them on expert all over so I'm only halfway through Thief: the Dark Project
