I was thinking just for general interest...what video games or whatever is everyone currently addicted to?
For awhile, it was StarWars Battlefront 2...but it seems to be HALO atm...

No video games at the moment. As always, DnD. Playing an anthromorphic toad wizard right now, pretty cool (movement speed of 5 feet, alright!)

I was thinking more video games...
I guess I should mention SC.....also, GURPS Starwars if we're going with roleplaying games. (and D&D doesn't count right now!)

so...instead of doing anything vaguely useful with my time....i beat brood war tonight. that stupid level where you have 30 minutes to beat the protoss base into the ground was the second last level....then i HAD to keep playing after that....well, i went out, but after i got home and chatted for a bit, then i played. apparently it took 3 hours altogether to beat....easy to keep playing though cause for some reason I find it easier to beat then some of the other bw zerg missions....just time consuming....

Oy, right now all I'm playing is a little bit of City of Heroes and alot of Freecell. Downloaded the Crysis and Hellgate London demos and they were both fun. Crysis was more awesome by far, but Hellgate had a very addictive quality to it. It's Diablo 2 but with guns.

Just finished (and will probably re-play) Batman: Arkham Asylum and Shadow Complex. Still playing Battlefield 1943 and The Last Remnant Will always be playing Street Fighter games, in whatever form Capcom decides it will be taking my money, and shaming my friends. Will be playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 and NHL '10 about 10 days from now. Not playing with: Wimminses.

Arkham Asylum is amazing.
Richard came over and played it, and it was like a different character.
Where he used brute force and martial arts (and murder), I play a ninja style, taking out the goons without them even knowing I'm there.
It's kind of linear, but you can go and explore a bit. There's all sorts of hidden little easter eggs and achievements to find, and it's about 12 hours of fun, the first time through.
The asylum itself is god damn spooky; the music is atmospheric, the one-liners are awesome, and it's probably the best game I've ever played. Definitely the best super hero game.

I tried the demo and while I thought it was awesome, I died way too much. I think I play more like some combination of Hulk and Wolverine then Batman Also, playing Halo Wars again. Trying to rebuild my leet skilz. Also, playing mind games with myself. I think I'm loosing but its hard to say. I'm very tricky. I might just be luring myself into a false sense of security then, WHAM, pipe wrench to the skull.
