Much as I hate to admit it, the Backstreet Boys' music starts to get to you after a while. And we can NOT forget the immortal king of pop, the poor black boy who great up to be a rich white woman, Micheal Jackson!

lol.
And now it seems that someone newer (Justin Timberlake) idolizes Whacko Jacko, and he's popular. I don't see why.

Justin Timberlake actually isn't bad. I wouldn't choose to listen to him over someone else I liked, but I wouldn't turn the radio off if he was the only music I could find.

Man, I would.
He's style first of all is creepy (tell me cry me a river ain't about his inclination to stalking) or just lame(unless the idea of being inside a giant rubix cube is cool to you). Next thing is what kind of singing he's trying for isn't in his vocal range all the time. If you try to sing in a funk style you can't have a boy band voice and do it justice. He also reminds me of screech from kids in the hall, but I guess pop idol's are suppose to be geeky.
But he is trying to take over for the former emacipated king o' pop, hence why there is more group dance offs in his videos than a full feature Hindy movie.
I've said my piece about him.

Music is such a subjective subject though... everybody has different taste. For instance, if all I could find on the radio was Evanesance or, god forbid, Eminem, I WOULD turn it off. I'm sure a few people would now like to lynch me for saying that, though. On the other hand, if it was Alien Ant Farm or Insane Clown Posse (like you'd ever hear ICP on the radio ) I'd take that over, say, Linkin Park, whom I consider to be okay, but not great.
