I bought a copy of Sara Paretsky's new book, Blacklist, weeks ago... I'm only just now getting down to reading it. So far I like it, but that's not unusual, since I like Sara Paretsky.

well, since my last post, I've read Knight of the Demon Queen, Dragonstar and Mostly Harmless
I was a bit disappointed with Mostly Harmless....I thought it wasn't nearly as good as the first four. It kind of felt like he threw it together at the last minute. Plus I felt the story was fine where it ended during So Long and Thanks for All the Fish.

Friar Bacon and Friar Bungay - Robert Greene
The Tragical History of Dr. Faustus - Christopher Marlowe
New Spring - Robert Jordan
Assasin's Apprentice - Robin Hobb
Many miscellaneous library books. (Ah the life of an english student writing a research paper.)

Since Mostly Harmless, I've read Factoring Humanity, The Colours of Magic and If I pay thee not in gold.
Factoring Humanity (which was recommended by Gerald a few years ago) was alright. The Colours of Magic was pretty funny, but I found it a bit of a slow read. And I liked f I pay thee not in gold. Well, except for the ending.
In other news, only 51 books left to go! ;D

lol, wow! you sure read a lot!!!!! Since my last post, I've finished If At Faust you Don't Succeed. Then I read the next one in that series. (A Farce to be Reckoned With, which was amazing!) Then I took some time to read the Driver's Handbook, followed by the Chronicles of Krystonia (which was alright, but a bit too disjointed for my liking....some of the pictures that they threw into the book were awesome though). After that I read Good Omens, which I really enjoyed. Then I moved onto some RPG books. (WOD:Sorceror, the Vampire Storyteller's Companion and Clanbook Nosferatu). Right now, I'm finishing up Werewolf: the Apocalypse.

I haven't been reading too much lately....since Werewolf, I read the Vampire Storyteller's Companion, Constantinople by Night (I finished it) and the Black Furies Tribebook. I've just started this book by David Gemmel called Darkmoon. It's pretty good so far. I like his work, as I find it's always an easy read.

did you read the Lair of Bones by David Farland? I'm still waiting to get my hands on that one. As for other books to read, have you ever tried George RR Martin's Game of Thrones? How about David Gemmell's Sword in the Storm? Douglas Adams' Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy? Neil Gaiman's Neverware? (Just a few suggestions)

Oooh, I loved game of thrones. Reminded me of Wheel Of Time, but unique. There was a similarity that I loved but I couldnt quite put my fingure on, yet they are both sepperate pieces of works.
Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy. One of the gratest books I have ever read :-D. Movie was good too, dont remember much of it. Sigh, its sad that the novel is true though, because I really dont want our planet to be bulldozed for a highway, but come 2012, what ya goin to do? Why 2012? Cause thats when the mian calander, the most accurate callender ever discovered, ends. Sigh, well it was a good run.

lol, wow Kietedan, you've sure read a lot! I just finished Dark Moon today, and I started Thunder Rift. I don't think I've read any of Lovecraft's work, but I've heard it's good. Yeah, Game of Thrones was pretty good. I also read a Clash of Kings. I have A Storm of Swords (I think that's the 3rd one) but I haven't read it yet.
