Wow, does this suck! My Xbox 360 has to be sent in for repairs. It seems that it has fallen prey to the red ring of doom.  Luckily, my 360 is magically still under warranty (due to problems with this, Microsoft has extended the warranty from like 1 year to 3 years from the purchase date due to this problem!) So they're paying for everything!!!!! I'm also going to get a free month of xbox live for the inconvenience!!!! |

Broken 360 bad, but there is an important bright side to this horrendous occasion. My 360 is not broken. And really, thats all that matters.

I wouldn't call that a "bright side" to this horrendous occasion. Your 360 was not even mentioned in my previous post. If anything at all, there were two "bright sides" to this occasion:
1) I don't have to pay for the repairs
2)They're giving me a free month of Live
The fact that your 360 is not broken has nothing to do with mine being broken.

. . . . I think what you are trying to say is the bright side of my 360 not being broken is overshadowing the other bright sides, and you are afraid that they will be forgotten. Its okay, I understand and accept that it should be played down a bit.

My 360 came home yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, it turns out that it isn't the one I sent them. They shipped me a "new" one. I think what they're doing is taking in the ones that break and fixing them, while shipping out one that they had previously fixed. But it doesn't matter - I have a 360 again, so I played Halo Wars all night!
