lol, I just got the first book I bought on Ebay today. It came almost three weeks from when I bought it (this Wednesday would have been three).
In contrast, the book I got from Great Britain came in just over a week (1 week, 2 days). lol.

that sucks! (Although I thought it's only been like a week or a week and a half?)
Also, I just bought the Sub Terrania manual for like $5 Canadian including shipping. I own the game, but someone borrowed it years ago. Apparently they cut up the manual, which I forgot about until earlier this evening.

You bought a game manual?I mean, yeah, Sub Terrania is an awesome game, but that manual must have some damn good story in it to be worth the effort.
Or is it just for completionist sake?

well, I don't know if it has a good story in it as a good chunk of the story is missing in my copy.

huh, I'm kinda curious now. So, when it comes in, mind if I borrow it for an undisclosed period of time? : )

I highly doubt it would take you longer than say 1/2 an hour to read that manual from front to back

Read? Why would I want to read it? I'm gonna put it in a time capsule.

For the benefit of future generations!!!! When the aliens finally do invade, there will be a well preserved manual on how to defeat them.

the manual will do no good without an experimental space fighter that needs to be improved as you go.

Bah. They'll sell them by the dozen in the future at WalMart (which by then would have become an orbital nation-state).

I don't think Walmart survives in the Sub Terrania universe...

Please, name one company that is more apt to survive the end of the world then Walmart. I mean, they have all the tools to survive in stock!
